We Were in Europe Too Long!

Landing in Cairo, Sarah and I agreed as we were driving from the airport to the hotel:
We were in Europe too long
In a way, we feel like the trip is just starting
Don't get us wrong, Europe has been fabulous, wonderful, amazing, etc...but Europe is comfortable. Europe is easy. Europe is (relatively) "known" territory.
As we head into Egypt, it's time to dial it up and we feel the excitement.
Everything about this swing of the trip will be new for the girls, and much of it new for us too. Most importantly they'll learn how to be uncomfortable - people won't look like them, it will smell different, there will be poverty & trash, they'll see a different type of happiness.
Bring on the chaos of Egypt, the curries of India, the desert of Jordan, the different of Bhutan, floating markets of Thailand...WE'RE READY!!
