Papa's in Italy!

We're excited to spend 10 days in Umbria with Papa (my Dad)!

He left San Francisco...three planes, two trains & one automobile ride later he rolled into our driveway joining us in Amelia, Italy.

While I was picking up my Dad from the train station, 30 minutes away, Sarah and the girls were busy with final preparations for his arrival. The girls decided and took it upon themselves to prepare some bruschetta for the occasion.

Finally, he arrived!

Greeted with custom made signs.

We filled the weary traveler with hugs, bruschetta, wine and some pasta. Then he went to sleep...
