Coffee with Yogesh

I first met Yogesh four years ago, interviewing him for a position on a new team I was building to support the US Mimeo.com business in the Pune, India office. I’ve been on many video conferences with Yogesh in the past few years, but this was a chance to finally meet in person.

Over coffee at a local hotel, we had a really nice time learning about Yogesh, his family and life in Pune. It was inspirational to hear some of his goals. He’s never been on an airplane flight before and his goal is to save money so that he and his mother can take a trip one day.

Today Yogesh leads the team of data analysts out of the MImeo Pune office. They weren't able to make coffee, so I sent Yogesh to work with some treats for them to enjoy, which they did.

Thanks Yogesh for the years of hard work & dedication. We had a really enjoyable afternoon chatting with you. I have no doubt you'll be flying away with your Mom on vacation sometime soon!
