Brews in Ballard

We were excited to finally meet Nan's daughter Addie, husband Brett and daughters Phoebe & Piper! Paige & Sadie, the big girls for the afternoon, had a great time getting their art on and then indulging us adults so we could #beergarden.

They're drinking Kombucha, a gateway to Sour Beer.

We walked into downtown Ballard to a very cool spot, Peddler Brewing Company.

We enjoyed a beautiful Seattle summer evening. Thankfully for Sadie, we had a doctor along who was able to take care of a nasty skinned shoulder and knee after too much kombucha.

A big thank you to Addie and Brett for hanging out with us and sharing a slice of their Seattle. It was so much fun to finally meet in person after many years!
