One of Doug & my favorite things is to run into people unexpectedly. It’s a fun reminder of how small this big world of ours can be. A happy surprise connection.

At Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen we rounded a corner, racing to get to the Star Flyer ride, and ran into a family from our street in NYC! No kidding! Not only did we live on the same Upper West Side street, but our kids were in the same school for a short while, and the family purchased the girls' doll house at our moving stoop sale!

NYC power!

What a treat to bump into NYC peeps during our Danish stint. Here’s to loads more run-ins with friends, old & new, as we traverse this big, diverse world of ours!
