A Global Subway Moment in Venice

Perhaps you read the post explaining why we've adopted the name "The Global Subway" for our blog and instagram account.

Departing Venice, we were on the vaporetto (water bus) and couldn't help but notice we were on the #2...it's like we were back in the Upper West Side on the 1,2,3.

I'm carrying an NYC subway card with me on the trip; I feel naked without it after 14 years of getting around.
